Create a temporary password for a NetClient CS user

This is only available to users with Administration permissions.
If a NetClient CS user of your firm needs to change the password of their Thomson Reuters account, Firm Administrators can create a temporary password to directly take them to the password change process in their next sign in attempt.
  1. Go to the
    Admin
     tab.
  2. Under
    NetClient CS
    , select
    Users
    .
  3. Select the specific user.
  4. Under
    Sign-in options
    , select
    Change password
    .
  5. Select
    Reset password
    .
  6. Copy the password.
Tell the user to sign in with this temporary password and set a new password when prompted.
