Delete a client or staff portal

If you delete a portal that belongs to a NetClient CS group with access to the Private folder in File Exchange, NetFirm CS will delete all files from the Private folders of all client portals that belong to the group.
  1. In the
    Admin
     tab of the navigation pane, do 1 of the following.
    • Select
      Users
       in the NetClient CS section to delete a client portal.
    • Select
      Users
       in the NetStaff CS section to delete a staff portal.
    note
    If
    Users
     isn't available, you don’t have access to this area.
  2. In the Users list, select the user with the portal you want to delete.
    note
    To search for a user, go to
    Find
     and enter the first name, last name, or login. You can also select a column in the Users list to sort the list.
  3. Select
    Delete
     at the end of the list.
  4. Select
    OK
     to confirm the deletion.
