Set up NetClient CS

Designate a client portal as private

Your firm's primary NetFirm CS administrator can designate any client portal as private. In the NetClient CS Users screen for private client portals, only the primary NetFirm CS administrator can display the information in the Identification section and the View Portal.
note
The primary NetFirm CS administrator is the person designated as your firm's NetFirm CS administrator on the purchase agreement.
  1. Select the
    Admin
     tab in the navigation pane.
  2. Select
    Users
     in the NetClient CS section.
  3. Go to the Settings section and select
    Enable
     for Private Portal.
    note
    If you don't have this option, you're not your firm's primary NetFirm CS administrator.
  4. Select
    Enter
    .
