Designate a client portal as private
Your firm's primary NetFirm CS administrator can designate any client portal as private. In the NetClient CS Users screen for private client portals, only the primary NetFirm CS administrator can display the information in the Identification section and the View Portal.

The primary NetFirm CS administrator is the person designated as your firm's NetFirm CS administrator on the purchase agreement.
- Select theAdmintab in the navigation pane.
- SelectUsersin the NetClient CS section.
- Go to the Settings section and selectEnablefor Private Portal.noteIf you don't have this option, you're not your firm's primary NetFirm CS administrator.
- SelectEnter.
