Set up NetClient CS

View client portals through NetFirm CS administration

If your firm's NetFirm CS administrator gives you permission to view client portals as the user, you can view client portals with all of the functionality available to the NetClient CS user.
  1. In the
    Admin
     tab of the navigation pane, select
    Users
     in the NetClient CS section.
    note
    If
    Users
     isn't available, you don't have access to this area.
  2. In the Users list, enter any part of the user's name or login in the
    Find
     field, then select the user's name.
    note
    Clear the
    Find
     field to display the full list of users.
  3. Select
    View Portal
    .
    note
    If
    View Portal
     isn't available and the Identification section includes a message that this is a private portal, only your primary NetFirm CS administrator has access to
    View Portal
    . The primary NetFirm CS administrator is the person designated as your firm's NetFirm CS administrator on the purchase agreement.
    The client portal opens. NetFirm CS displays a red bar at the top of the screen to indicate that you're viewing the portal as the user.
  4. Select
    Done
     in the red bar. NetFirm CS returns you to the permissions screen for the NetClient CS user.
