Assign applications and modules to NetStaff CS users
Enable modules and applications on a person-by-person basis, or you can give a group of people access to modules or applications. Follow these steps to enable modules and applications on a person-by-person basis.
- SelectAdministration.
- SelectUsersin the NetStaff CS section.
- Find the staff member in theUserscolumn.
- In thePermissionssection, selectEnableto give the staff member access to that module.
- To enable the Virtual Office CS applications, selectEnablenext toVirtual Office CS, mark the checkboxes, and selectEnterto save the changes.noteThe checkboxes are grayed for any modules or applications that this person has access to based on their group membership.
- To give the current user permission to edit the content of aNewsorLinksmodule, selectEnable. Make sure you mark theEditcheckbox for any privateLinksmodules this person will access.noteEditcheckboxes are available only if the corresponding module checkboxes have been marked.
- When you're done, selectEnter. Any modules you enabled will be available to the current user the next time you signs in to NetStaff CS.
