Change NetStaff CS access to applications through Software as a Service
If your firm licenses CS Professional Suite applications through Software as a Service (SaaS), you give NetStaff CS users access to applications through profiles. Go to tax.thomsonreuters.com for information about SaaS profiles.
- In theAdmintab of the navigation pane, selectUsersin the NetStaff CS section.noteIfUsersisn't available, you don't have access to this area.
- In the Users list, enter any part of the user's name or sign-in in theFindfield to find the user and select the user's name.noteClear the entry in theFindfield to display the full list of clients.noteTo turn on Mobile CS Link for a NetStaff CS user who already has access to a SaaS profile, selectDisableforSoftware As A Servicebefore continuing with this procedure.
- In the Permissions section, selectEnableforSoftware As A Service.
- In the Profiles list, select the option for the correct SaaS profile.
- SelectEnter.The next time the NetStaff CS user signs in to the portal, they'll have access to the applications available through the profile you selected.noteIf this NetStaff CS user is responsible for creating datasets that let NetStaff CS users display Practice CS data through the Mobile CS app on their Apple iOS mobile devices, they can now create the datasets.
