Change NetStaff CS access to applications through Software as a Service

If your firm licenses CS Professional Suite applications through Software as a Service (SaaS), you give NetStaff CS users access to applications through profiles. Go to tax.thomsonreuters.com for information about SaaS profiles.
  1. In the
    Admin
tab of the navigation pane, select
    Users
    in the NetStaff CS section.
    note
    If
    Users
isn't available, you don't have access to this area.
  2. In the Users list, enter any part of the user's name or sign-in in the
    Find
field to find the user and select the user's name.
    note
    Clear the entry in the
    Find
field to display the full list of clients.
    note
To turn on Mobile CS Link for a NetStaff CS user who already has access to a SaaS profile, select
    Disable
    for
    Software As A Service
    before continuing with this procedure.
  3. In the Permissions section, select
    Enable
    for
    Software As A Service
    .
  4. In the Profiles list, select the option for the correct SaaS profile.
  5. Select
    Enter
    .
The next time the NetStaff CS user signs in to the portal, they'll have access to the applications available through the profile you selected.
    note
If this NetStaff CS user is responsible for creating datasets that let NetStaff CS users display Practice CS data through the Mobile CS app on their Apple iOS mobile devices, they can now create the datasets.
