Display hidden application icons in your portal

If you hid icons for applications that you now need to access, follow these steps to unhide the icons.

In the NetStaff CS tab of the navigation pane, select Applications
.

If Applications
isn't available, you don't have access to applications through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS).

In the Setup
menu, mark the Display Hidden Apps
checkbox.

The hidden application icons now display in the screen, but in a lighter color than the icons that aren't hidden.

Select Show
in the grayed application icon.
