Display hidden application icons in your portal
If you hid icons for applications that you now need to access, follow these steps to unhide the icons.
- In the NetStaff CS tab of the navigation pane, selectApplications.noteIfApplicationsisn't available, you don't have access to applications through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS).
- In theSetupmenu, mark theDisplay Hidden Appscheckbox.The hidden application icons now display in the screen, but in a lighter color than the icons that aren't hidden.
- SelectShowin the grayed application icon.
