Set up NetStaff CS users to work in Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment
Whether your firm licenses applications through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) or leases applications through Software as a Service (SaaS) for CS Professional Suite, NetStaff CS users will run the applications in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.
Follow these steps to run applications in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.
Create NetStaff CS users.
Complete 1 of the following:
Give individual NetStaff CS users access to applications in the Virtual Office environment.
Give individual NetStaff CS users access to applications in the SaaS environment.

If your firm leases applications through SaaS, you'll need to assign each individual user to a SaaS profile.
Give groups of NetStaff CS users access to applications in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.

To do this, create NetStaff CS groups and modify NetStaff CS group access to applications in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.

Each NetStaff CS user who accesses applications through Virtual Office CS or SaaS must perform some of the following tasks.
If NetStaff CS users previously worked in locally installed CS Professional Suite or Microsoft Office applications, they need to migrate the data to the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.
