Modify a user's access to Staff Availability
The Staff Availability module is free and provides a way to track the availability of your firm’s NetStaff CS users. Staff Availability includes all NetStaff CS users and constantly updates the status of all users.
Follow these steps to modify a NetStaff CS user’s access to Staff Availability.

You can give NetStaff CS users access to this module at the group level.
- In theAdmintab of the navigation pane, selectUsersin the NetStaff CS section.noteIfUsersisn't available, you don’t have access to this area.
- In the Users list, enter any part of the user’s name or login in theFindfield, then select the user’s name.tipClear theFindfield to display the full list of users.
- In the Permissions section, selectEnableorDisableforStaff Availability.
- SelectEnter.
