Resend the ActiveSync activation email

Follow these steps to resend the ActiveSync activation email to a NetStaff CS user.

Select the Admin
tab.

Select Users
in the NetStaff CS
section.

Choose a person you want to send a new activation email to.

For ActiveSync, select Disabled
in the Settings
section.

Select Enter

For ActiveSync, select Enable
.

Select Enter
.

You've sent a new activation email with a new password to the person you chose.
