Brand email notifications
By default, NetFirm CS sends notification messages to NetClient CS and NetStaff CS users when certain events occur. For example, NetFirm CS sends a notification message when the sign-in for a portal has changed. For notification messages sent via email, the firm name is displayed as the sender name.

You can't brand notification messages sent to users through the Messages menu, through alerts in the Tasks widget, or through the NetClient CS mobile app.
- In theAdmintab of the navigation pane, selectPreferencesin the Utilities section.noteIfPreferencesisn't available, you don't have access to this area.
- Go toReply To Emailand enter the email address you want replies sent to.
- To copy or blind copy email addresses on notification messages sent by NetFirm CS, selectAdd CcorAdd Bccand enter the addresses.
- To copy the settings in the Global Addresses section to the templates for all notification messages sent via email, selectApply to All.
- In the Email Message Header section and the Email Message Footer section, selectTextorImageto include either text or an image in the header and footer of the email messages.OptionDetailsNotesTextInsert the desired text in the text area. Use the toolbar to format text and insert variables and links.

- Insert/Edit LinkandUnlinkare available only after you select text.

ImageSelectBrowse, go to and select the image file, selectOpen, thenUpload.For best results, we recommend that you upload an image with a maximum width of 600 pixels. - SelectEnter.
