To manage notifications, you'll need to be a NetFirm CS Administrator with access to Utilities.
NetFirm CS sends notifications to people using NetClient CS and NetStaff CS when, for example, the sign-in for a portal has changed. By default, NetFirm CS adds some notifications to the Tasks widget.
You can turn off most notifications. You can't, however, turn off email notifications for basic account functions, such as sign-in and password changes.
You can edit the templates for notifications, including the message text and how it's sent by NetFirm CS. The following delivery methods are available.
Email.
Direct message in the
Messages
menu.
Direct message in the
Messages
menu and in the Tasks widget.
Notification in the NetClient CS mobile app.
If you choose to send a notification by email, you can do the following.
Brand notifications.
Add copy (
Cc
) and blind copy (
Bcc
) email addresses.
Test email notifications.
You can also set up NetFirm CS notifications for new File Exchange files and Document Presentation files.
