Portal activity reports
NetFirm CS reports can help you manage client and staff portals. For example, you can run the
Password Reset History
report to find out when people last changed their password. note
To run reports, you'll need to be a NetStaff CS administrator or NetStaff CS user with access to the Utilities tab.
To access the following reports, select
Admin
, then Reports
in the Utilities section.- Active User Sessions.
- Billing Report.
- File Exchange Activity.
- Linked Users.
- Login History.
- NetClient CS Modules.
- NetStaff CS Modules.
- Password Reset History.
- Space Usage.
- Terms and Conditions.
