Run the Web Employee/ESS users report

The
Web Employee/ESS Users
 report tells you the email address and activation date for people who use Employee self-service. It will also show you people who are linked to a NetClient CS or NetStaff CS portal.
note
You'll need access to reporting to run reports. Contact your administrator or turn on reporting if you don't have access.
  1. Select
    Reports
     in the
    Utilities
     section of the Admin tab.
  2. Select
    Web Employee/ESS Users
     from the
    Reports
     list.
  3. Select a column heading to sort the report or use
    Find
     to search.
  4. In the top right corner, you can:
    1. Select Export to CSV to download the report as a Comma-Separated Value (CSV).
    2. Select Download a PDF to save or print the report.
    3. Select Refresh the report to refresh the report.
