Run the linked users report

The
Linked Users
 report tells you which portals are linked.
  1. Select
    Reports
     in the
    Utilities
     section of the Admin tab.
  2. Select
    Linked Users
     in the
    Reports
     list.
    note
    The report lists information about the portals that are linked with your NetFirm CS firm ID. If the report isn't available, then your firm hasn't entered any firm IDs for account linking.
  3. Select a column heading to sort the report or use
    Find
     to search.
  4. After running the report, you can:
    1. Select Export to CSV to download the report as a Comma-Separated Value (CSV).
    2. Select Download a PDF to save or print the report.
    3. Select Refresh the report to refresh the report.
