Turn off notifications or remove them from the Tasks widget

You'll need to be a NetFirm CS Administrator with access to Utilities.

note

You can't stop NetFirm CS sending email notifications that involve basic account functions, such as changes to sign ins and passwords.

To turn off notifications created by another application, you'll need to do so from that application.

On the Admin
tab of the Navigation pane, select Templates
from the Utilities section.

If this isn't an option, you don't have access to this area.

From the list of Notification Templates, select a category then a notification.

Turn off or remove notifications from the Tasks widget by doing 1 of the following:

To turn off all notifications, clear all checkboxes in the Delivery Method section.

To remove notifications from the Tasks widget, clear the Create a task widget when message is delivered
checkbox.
