Open the Active User Sessions report

The
Active User Sessions
 report lists all NetClient CS users and NetStaff CS users who are signed in to their portals.
Do the following to open the report:
  1. In the
    Admin
     tab of the navigation pane, select
    Reports
     in the Utilities section
    note
    If
    Reports
     isn't available, you don't have access to this area.
  2. In the Reports list, select
    Active User Sessions
    .
  3. To find specific information in the report, do the following.
    • To search for a specific user, go to
      Find
       and enter any part of the user's name or sign-in.
    • The report lists all users who are signed in to their portals. To narrow the list to only a certain type of user, select a user type from the
      User Type
       field.

    • Select a column heading to sort the report by the entries in that column.
    • To export the report to a spreadsheet application, select
      Download a spreadsheet of this report
      . NetFirm CS creates a CSV file of the report.
    • To save or print the report, select
      Download a PDF of this report
      .
    • To refresh the report, select
      Refresh
      .
