View the portal Login History report

The
Login History
 report lists the users who have signed in to their portals, when they signed in, and when they signed out. It also includes the IP address from which each user signed in. This report is updated nightly.
Do the following to view the report:
  1. In the
    Admin
     tab of the navigation pane, select
    Reports
     in the Utilities section.

    If
    Reports
     isn't available, you don't have access to this area.
  2. In the Reports list, select
    Login History
    .
  3. To find specific information in the report, do the following.
    • To find a specific login, name, or IP address, enter any part of a user's name or sign in or enter an IP address in the
      Find
       field.
    • To select a different date range, enter the dates in the
      From
       and
      To
       fields, or select the dates from the calendars.
    • To narrow the report to display only a specific type of user, select a user type from the
      User Type
       field.
    • Select a column heading to sort the report by the entries in that column.

    • To export the report to a spreadsheet application, select
      Download a spreadsheet of this report
      . NetFirm CS creates a CSV file of the report.
    • To save or print the report, select
      Download a PDF of this report
      .
    • To refresh the report, select
      Refresh
      .
