View the Space Usage report

If your firm's data storage exceeds the total space allocated, we'll charge for the Additional Premium Production Storage Space.
  1. On the
    Admin
     tab of the Navigation pane, select
    Reports
     from the Utilities section.
  2. From the Reports list, select
    Space Usage
    .
  3. Select
    Expand
     to show the space each company or client is using.
  4. To save or print the report, select
    Download a PDF of this report
    .
  5. To update the report, select
    Refresh
    .
    note
    • Space Used
       — shows space used by modules for NetClient CS and NetStaff CS users and total space used.
    • Allocated Space Available
       — shows how we calculate your firm's total allocated space. You can find the total at the end of the report. 
    • We calculate Disk Space Usage weekly.
    • The
      Report calculated date
       will help you work out when you can get the next updated report.
You may want to take steps to minimize disk space used by CS applications and Microsoft Outlook when you run them through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS).
