Give additional NetClient CS users access to Virtual Client Office application data that is in a private data location

You'd need to do it this if an employee has access to Virtual Client Office FileCabinet CS through a private data location and you want a 2nd employee to also have access. Do the following to give the additional employee access to the data:
note
You'll need administrative rights to do these steps.
  1. Ask the person who currently has access to the data to back it up.
    note
    For more information, go to
    Help
    on the
    Virtual Client Office
    screen, and then select
Moving data for Virtual Client Office applications to new locations
    , then
Migrating FileCabinet CS data to a new location on the Virtual Client Office servers
    .
  2. Give the person who currently has access to the data access to FileCabinet CS through a profile:
    1. Select the person's name in NetClient CS user administration, then select
      Enable
      for Virtual Client Office.
    2. Select
      Profile
      in the Data Location pane.
    3. Go to the Profile pane and mark the checkbox for the profile they'll use to access FileCabinet CS data or select
      Add Profile
      to add a new one.
    4. Select
      Enter
      .
  3. Ask the person who currently has access to the data to restore the FileCabinet CS data to the profile.
    note
They'll also need to set up FileCabinet CS to restore drawer families and reestablish any preferences.
  4. Give the additional person access to FileCabinet CS:
    1. Go to the person's Virtual Client Office CS permissions.
    2. Mark the
      FileCabinet CS
      checkbox.
    3. Select
      Profile
and then mark the checkbox for the profile they'll use to access FileCabinet CS.
    4. Select
      Enter
      .
