Give additional NetClient CS users access to Virtual Client Office application data that is in a private data location
You'd need to do it this if an employee has access to Virtual Client Office FileCabinet CS through a private data location and you want a 2nd employee to also have access. Do the following to give the additional employee access to the data:

You'll need administrative rights to do these steps.
- Ask the person who currently has access to the data to back it up.noteFor more information, go toHelpon theVirtual Client Officescreen, and then selectMoving data for Virtual Client Office applications to new locations, thenMigrating FileCabinet CS data to a new location on the Virtual Client Office servers.
- Give the person who currently has access to the data access to FileCabinet CS through a profile:
- Select the person's name in NetClient CS user administration, then selectEnablefor Virtual Client Office.
- SelectProfilein the Data Location pane.
- Go to the Profile pane and mark the checkbox for the profile they'll use to access FileCabinet CS data or selectAdd Profileto add a new one.
- SelectEnter.
- Ask the person who currently has access to the data to restore the FileCabinet CS data to the profile.noteThey'll also need to set up FileCabinet CS to restore drawer families and reestablish any preferences.
- Give the additional person access to FileCabinet CS:
- Go to the person's Virtual Client Office CS permissions.
- Mark theFileCabinet CScheckbox.
- SelectProfileand then mark the checkbox for the profile they'll use to access FileCabinet CS.
- SelectEnter.
