Virtual Client Office (CS) administration

Grant NetClient CS users remote access by licensing applications, ensuring M365 accounts, and configuring permissions in Virtual Client Office.
In Virtual Client Office, you can give NetClient CS users with remote access to a variety of applications.
  • Bookkeeping application — Accounting CS Client Access
    tip
    If your firm licenses
    Accounting CS
through Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS), you can grant NetClient CS users access to Accounting CS Client Access through Accounting CS.
  • Document management application — FileCabinet CS
  • Microsoft Office applications — Excel, Outlook, and Word
    note
To access Microsoft Office applications within the Virtual Client Office environment, the user needs to have a Microsoft 365 (M365) account in their organization's own M365 tenant.
The remote versions of the applications operate the same as the desktop versions, but they don't need to be installed on each person's computer. You control access to the remote applications through the permissions settings for each NetClient CS portal.
note
Access to applications through Virtual Client Office is billable (but some exceptions may apply).
