View and update W-4 information

You can view and update personal contact information in the
W4 Information
 screen. In addition, you can update federal and state information, tax allowances, and additional withholding amounts.
  1. Select
    My W4 Information
     in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.
  2. Update the appropriate boxes in the
    W4 Information
     screen.
    note
    The boxes on this screen reflect the ones on the 2020 Form W-4.  All employees hired as of January 1, 2020 need to fill out the new version of the Form W-4. Any changes to W-4 information for existing employees need to be made on the new version of Form W-4.
  3. Select
    OK
     or
    Enter
     when you're done.
