View W-2s

You can view your W-2 copy B/C/2 4-up through the
My W2s
 screen.
  1. Select
    My W2s
     in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.
  2. If this is the 1st time you've accessed this screen, select
    I Agree
     if you consent to get an electronic W-2 form from your employer.
  3. Select the W-2 PDF file to open it in Adobe Reader.
note
  • You'll need to have Adobe Reader version 9.0 or later installed to print from the
    My W-2s
     screen. If you don’t have the current version or if you have difficulty opening the W-2, uninstall Reader, then download and install the latest version of the Reader from the Adobe Reader page of the Adobe website.
  • If any of your information changes, your payroll administrator can send an updated W-2 for you to view, print, or save.
