Migrate Accounting CS data to Virtual Office CS or SaaS

Follow these steps to migrate a copy of your Accounting CS SQL database to Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS).

  • Accounting CS only allows 1 database, but you can merge data from multiple databases with the Client Data Management Utility.
  • Database restoration typically takes
    1-2 business days
    , depending on the size of the database and the time the request is received. Please note that this timeframe may vary, and delays can occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  1. Create a backup of your Accounting CS database.
  2. Contact support to make arrangements to send the data.

     It's very important that you give your contact information on this call so the firm can contact you once the data is available on SharePoint. Use SharePoint FileShare to receive files.
  3. Upload the SQL database to your SharePoint.
  4. Let support know your SQL database has been uploaded. Call 800.968.0600 and select options 1, 6, and 1.
