Migrate Microsoft Office data to Virtual Office CS or SaaS
Follow these steps to move Microsoft Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Publisher, or Word data from a local or network drive to the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.
In the NetStaff CS tab of the navigation pane, select
Applications
.

If
Applications
isn't available, you don't have access to Microsoft Office applications through Virtual Office CS or SaaS.
Select the icon for the Office application you want to migrate.
In Microsoft Office, select the
File
tab in the ribbon, then
Open
.
In the navigation bar of the Open window, select the
My Local Drive icon
.
Go to the folder with the files you want to migrate to your portal.

In the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment,
C$ on Client (V:)
is your local C:\ drive.
Use Ctrl + A on your keyboard to select all of the files within the folder.

You can also hold down the Ctrl key and select individual files.
Use Ctrl + C to copy the files.
In the navigation bar of the Open window, select the
My Documents
or
My Firm's Documents
icon, depending on where you want to place the files.
Select the File list pane and use Ctrl + V to paste the files to the new location.
Repeat steps 4 through 9 until you've moved all of the files.
