Migrate Practice CS data to Virtual Office CS or SaaS
Follow these steps to migrate a copy of your Practice CS SQL database to Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Create a backup of your Practice CS SQL database.
- Call 800.968.0600 and select options 1, 6, and 1 to have a Support representative setup a SharePoint for you to upload your data.Internal use onlySupport Reps:It's very important that you provide your contact information on this call so the firm can contact you once the data is available on SharePoint. Use SharePoint FileShare to receive files.
- Upload the SQL database to your SharePoint.
- Call 800.968.0600 and select options 1, 6, and 1 to let support know your SQL database has been uploaded.
Databases are generally restored within 1 business day, depending on the size of the database and the time of day we receive the request.
