Minimize disk space used by Practice CS
You can reduce the amount of disk space used by Practice CS databases by deleting unnecessary databases, such as unused training and sample databases.
- Open Practice CS.
- In the sign-in screen, select the database you want to delete in theOpen Firmfield.
- Select the administrator ID, thenOK.noteStaff IDJPHis the administrator for the sample database. Staff IDADMINmight be the administrator for training databases.
- SelectFile, thenDelete Firm.You'll receive a warning that Practice CS will permanently delete the firm database.
- SelectOKto create the backup of the database, thenOKagain to create the backup in the default location.
- To delete another database, selectFile, thenOpen Firm, and repeat steps 4 through 6.
