Software requirements
- The following operating systems are supported in both 32-bit and 64-bit:
- Windows 11
- Windows Server 2025
- Windows Server 2022
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2016
- A high-speed internet connection. We recommend a dedicated, high-speed business class connection. To run applications through Virtual Office CS or SaaS, we require a minimum bandwidth of 32 Kbps per user, and we recommend 64 Kbps per user.
- Adobe Reader DC or higher to view PDF files.
Hardware requirements
- Intel or AMD 2 Ghz 64-bit processor
- iOS device or Android device
- 2 GB RAM or higher
- At least a 15-inch monitor with a resolution of 1024x768 or higher
- A Microsoft Windows-supported printer capable of data compression and a minimum 2 MB of memory; while we recommend 16 MB of memory
- A TWAIN or WIA-compliant scanner is required

We support the Virtual Office CS FileCabinet CS print driver and all scanning features only on devices that run supported Windows operating systems.
