Troubleshoot gray or blank switch to input screen
When using UltraTax CS on Virtual Office CS or SaaS and switching from forms view to input screen view and nothing happens, or there's a gray or blank screen, drag 1 application to the other monitor. This should let you continue to work.
If it doesn't, sign out of Virtual Office CS or SaaS, then check each monitor's screen resolution. Both monitors should have the same resolution. This should resolve the blank or gray screens issue when switching between input screen and forms view.
