Troubleshoot screen flicker or mouse shake when using Virtual Office CS or SaaS applications

When opening applications or working in Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, you may experience any of the following issues:
  • Screen flicker
  • Mouse shake
  • Misaligned mouse
  • Dual monitor issues
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue on Windows 11.
  1. Open your
    Display
     settings.
    tip
    Right-click your desktop, or open the Windows Start menu and search for it.
  2. Set
    Change the size of text, apps, and other items
     to
    100%
     in the Scale and layout section.
  3. Make sure
    Display resolution
     is set to the recommended setting for each monitor.
  4. Restart your computer.
