Analyze a complaint with Litigation Document Analyzer

Use the following steps to analyze a complaint.
  1. Under
    Complaint analysis
    , select
    Analyze a complaint
    .
  2. Upload your document by dragging it into the upload field or selecting
    Choose file
    .
  3. Review the following tabs:
    1. Summary
      : Overview with case details, parties, key claims, and relief sought.
    2. Claims
      : Organizes information by claim, showing related parties, facts, and relief sought. Filter by party.
    3. Event timeline
      : Organizes facts by date, with related parties and claims. Filter by party.
    4. Defenses
      : Breaks down each claim’s elements and maps them to facts in the complaint to assess sufficiency. Includes affirmative defenses with primary authority in your jurisdiction.
  4. Select from the following delivery options: email, print, download, Dropbox, or Kindle.
  5. You can add recommendations to research folders for future reference and to collaborate with your colleagues.
