Litigation Analytics provides data-driven insights on attorneys, law firms, judges, courts, damages, and case types across most practice areas.
  1. Select

  2. Choose

    .
  3. Enter your search criteria and select Search in Westlaw.
    For damages, you'll define your search by choosing a case type and a jurisdiction. For the other categories, you'll enter the text you want to search for. For attorneys, you can search by name or by expertise.
  4. Select one of the search results to open its analytics page.
