Compare versions of statutes and regulations

You can compare versions of statutes and regulations to see changes at a glance.
  1. On the Westlaw homepage, select
    Statutes & Court Rules
     or
    Regulations
    .
  2. Find the statute or regulation you want by searching for it with the search field or by selecting a jurisdiction or topic.
  3. Once you've opened a section of the statute or regulation, select
    Compare Versions
    .
    Depending on your device's display, the Compare Versions button may instead show as Show the most recent amendements.
    Show most recent amendments
    .
The compared document will open. Deletions will be tracked with strikethrough text, and additions will be highlighted. You can use the left and right arrows to move through the changes one by one.
