Delete journal entries

You can delete individual or multiple transactions at the same time. When you delete a journal entry, it's removed from the database completely.

Individual transactions

  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Enter Transactions
    .
  2. Select the client within the client selection field.
  3. Select the transaction to delete and then select
    Delete
    .
  4. Select
    Yes
     to confirm that you want to delete the transaction.

Multiple transactions

  1. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Enter Transactions
    .
  2. Select the client within the client selection field.
  3. Select
    Edit Multiple Transactions
    .
  4. Select
    Delete
     in the
    Actions
     field.
  5. All eligible transactions are listed in the Transactions list. Select the transactions you want to act on by marking the checkboxes. You can sort the transactions by selecting the column headers in the list.
  6. Select
    OK
     to perform the selected action.
