Accounting CS or Workpapers CS Shared Files fail to install

In certain situations, the Accounting CS or Workpapers CS Shared Files may fail to install. Follow these steps to successfully install the Shared Files.
  1. On the computer where the Shared Files (WinCSI folder) reside, open
    Control Panel
    .
  2. Select
    Programs and Features
     or
    Add/Remove Programs
    .
  3. Select
    Accounting CS Shared Files
     or
    Workpapers CS Shared Files
    .
  4. Select
    Uninstall or Remove
    .
  5. Optional: Go to the
    WinCSI
     folder and rename the
    Accounting CS
     and
    Accounting CS Data
     or
    Workpapers CS
     and
    Workpapers CS Data
     folders.
  6. Restart the Accounting CS or Workpapers CS installation file.
