Sharing a smile in July

Thank you Jaime-Lee Charles, an Executive Assistant based in our Toronto office, for sharing your experience leading a July virtual volunteering initiative that left smiles with so many.

“In July, employees from our Bay Street office relished the opportunity to participate in the Share A Smile virtual volunteer, card-making initiative. This initiative was created in honor of the elderly and the side effects of loneliness caused by the necessary isolation as a result of the pandemic.

We created greeting cards for those in need of love and good cheer; whether it be family, friends or neighbors, we could all use a reason to smile! 

Unleashing our inner child, with the help of our colleagues’ smart, creative and artistic children was exciting, fun and dare I say therapeutic?!?

We know that our card recipients will be truly happy with all of the masterpieces created and we can’t wait to share back some of the photos of them with their cards.”
