Sales Graduate Program
Our Sales Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates from a broad range of academic backgrounds who demonstrate strong sales potential and can make a quick impact within the organization.
During this 17 month rotational program, you will develop the skills necessary to launch a successful sales career in the heart of the financial services industry.

Go-To-Market Development Program
The Go-To-Market Development program is a foundational entry level training program that builds the future customer-focused workforce of Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk. We offer a competitive training program that prepares you for client-facing responsibilities at an accelerated pace. Do you enjoy building relationships with people? Are you passionate about financial markets and how data can inform split second decisions that move the worlds markets and economies? Do you love to maximize the investment companies make in products, and want to provide hands on training and consultative support to help customers get the full potential form a product? If you said yes to any of the questions, then this type of program and entry level roles in a sales organization may be the right fit for you!
Who we’re looking for: The best candidates for the program are exceptional relationship builders who are comfortable in their own skin (a unique personality is great!) and would enjoy speaking to internal and external contacts at every level. We don’t approach this as simple as looking for extroverts or introverts. Instead, we look for people who get excited when they meet someone new, and see every conversation as an opportunity to learn, develop a meaningful contact, and bring value to both sides. You should be curious, eager and committed to learning, self-aware and confident in ambiguity and a fast paced changing environment. The markets move at split second, and so do our people.
