Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) is a category of software that helps corporate legal departments streamline legal processes, analyze legal risk and reduce their overall legal spend.

According to Jim Herrmann, senior manager of implementations at Thomson Reuters, industry knowledge and service excellence are Serengeti’s strengths. “Based on our opinion, the most important metric in the Gartner survey is execution,” he said. “Our customers love Serengeti because our products are great, our approach is consultative and we simplify their work.
