Thomson Reuters ProView™ eReader Platform Version 1.6 Launched

Table of contents search and enhanced annotations for iPad® and Android™ tablets and Windows®/Mac® desktops

NEW YORK – Thomson Reuters today announced the latest version of Thomson Reuters ProView, the leading professional eReader platform. The new version of ProView provides enhanced search and annotation features, helping users to get the most out of their ProView eBook titles.

Thomson Reuters ProView is the first eReader platform specifically built for professional use, with advanced features such as full-text search, secured notes and highlights, and content updating. It is available for iPad and for Windows and Mac computers, as well as for Android tablets in select markets. ProView titles are currently available in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Spain, Brazil, Argentina and Chile.

The new features offer more ways to navigate and access ProView eBook content. New features in Thomson Reuters ProView version 1.6 include:

  • Table of contents searching
    Fast and easy searching of table of contents
  • Annotations by date
    Add a creation date to annotations to track overlapping highlights
  • Improved library interface
    Additional information on a user’s titles are now provided within the user interface

Availability of features may vary depending on specific titles, Thomson Reuters publishing brands and user platforms.
