Thomson Reuters Launches myPay Solutions Integration with SwipeClock

NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2018 – Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading source of trusted answers for businesses and professionals, has expanded its strategic alliance with SwipeClock to enable customers of its myPay Solutions service to access automated workforce management services, including the tools needed for complete time and attendance tracking.

Thomson Reuters myPay Solutions enhances the competitiveness of full-service accounting firms and  reduces their payroll processing risk by offering personalized payroll services to firm-referred business clients from a team of trusted payroll specialists.

myPay Solutions Workforce Management, powered by SwipeClock, will deliver an integrated system with a complete array of real-time punch data that is automatically delivered to myPay Solutions for payroll processing. This data is collected through many different clock options, with support for remote workplaces, web and mobile interfaces, and multiple hardware clock types.

“We are excited to simplify the payroll process for our clients by partnering with SwipeClock to deliver a unified solution where key employee information, pay rates and timecards are shared directly with myPay Solutions payroll specialists in a timely, secure and accurate fashion,” said Louie Calvin, senior product manager, Payroll, with the Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting business. “In addition, the seamless view of this data will help clients gain insight into areas of potential financial savings.”

“We are pleased to expand our long-valued alliance with Thomson Reuters to introduce seamless sharing of our timekeeping services data with myPay Solutions,” said Coleman Barney, SwipeClock CEO. “Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products and services instill trust among their users, and we are proud to integrate our services to further enhance the workflow experience of payroll specialists and their clients.”

SwipeClock’s time and attendance system, now fully integrated with the back-office systems of myPay Solutions, offers these benefits: paperless time collection; reduced client labor costs; tracked punches, job transfers, meals, breaks, overtime, accruable benefits and schedules; and a self-serve portal for employees. The pairing of myPay Solutions and SwipeClock also helps to eliminate time fraud and includes theft prevention technologies.

In November 2017, the Thomson Reuters Accounting CS Payroll integration with SwipeClock was  announced, providing similar benefits to its users.
