Master data – Order form
If the recipient of an order is not yet connected to the
Health Center
, orders are transmitted via email or fax (offline transmission). A standardized form can be stored in the Health Center
for transmitting these orders.This can also be used for sending a copy of the order to the order recipient (as a control medium when the order is transmitted electronically).
Use this phrase element to apply a condition to specific words in a sentence.
Edit form
- Log in to theHealth Center
- SelectMaster Data
- Click onOrder forms

To edit the form, there are two options:
- Double-click on the row of theForm type.
- Select this row with a mouse click and then click onEdit Form
Supplier-specific forms
It is also possible to create specific forms for suppliers.
- Next to theAdd form forbutton, select the appropriate supplier from the drop down list
- Click onAdd Form For

It is also possible to delete or copy forms. To do this, the respective form must always be selected in the row.
