View and use processed Topics

View processed Topics on the Processed tab

Find information about processed Topics data such as their Processing Status, Schematic Name, Blueprint Name, and Period.
After data has been uploaded to the
All Updates
 tab, then processed, it will appear in the list of Topics on the the
Processed
 tab.

Views

The default view shows Topics for
All
 Blueprint types that the Schematic is created upon. You can choose to view only Topics processed for the
Trial Balance
,
Apportionment
, or
Generic Blueprint
 types.
Select
Settings
 to edit and rearrange the columns. You can also select a column header and drag and drop the column to another position on the screen.

Columns for all processed Topics

  • Topic Name
    : You can
    Edit
     the
    Topic Name
    . The default is the
    Name
     of the file upload.
  • Processing Status
    :
    Awaiting
    ,
    Processing
    ,
    Publishing
    , or
    Completed
    .
  • Schematic Name
    : Entered by the person who created the Schematic.
  • Blueprint Name
    : The Blueprint the Schematic is created upon.
  • Schematic ID
    : Defined by the system when the Schematic is created.
  • Delimiter
    : This will be either of the following.
    • The delimiter of the Schematic (such as comma), for uploads with a
      Type
       of
      Delimiter
      .
    • Blank, for uploads with a
      Type
       of
      Excel
      .
  • Period
    : Entered by the person who processed the file.
  • Blueprint Type
    : The type that was used to create the Schematic.
  • Processed Date / Time
    :
    YYYY / MM / DD HH:MM
    .
  • User ID
    : The ONESOURCE User ID of the person who started the process.

Columns for the Trial Balance, Apportionment, and Generic types

  • Collections
    : Expand this to show Collections with their Year and Period, that include this Topic.
  • Total Records
    : The total number of records in the upload.
  • Unavailable Records
    : The number of records that didn't pass a validation. This is not shown for the Generic type.
  • Chart Name
    : The name of the Chart of Accounts in the Schematic. This is only shown for the Trial Balance type.
