How does a NetClient CS user view or upload documents in the ClientFlow portal?

Can NetClient CS users upload files or is this a one-way portal?

It's a two-way portal—NetClient CS users can upload files to ClientFlow.

Where are the files added?

The files are added to GoFileRoom. Select
Administration
then
Manage Configurations
to see how the files are indexed.

Can more than one file be uploaded at a time?

Yes, you can add multiple files up to a total size of 400 MB at a time.

Can a NetClient CS user edit documents?

No, documents are read only.

Can ClientFlow be added to NetClient or is a separate portal needed?

You can link ClientFlow to an existing NetClient portal. If you make a new portal, you can use NetClient Administration to give access to other NetClient CS modules.

Does ClientFlow send email alerts like File Exchange and Document Presentation? 

Yes, you can set up Notifications and Alerts from the GoFileRoom homepage.

Are firms billed for the space used by ClientFlow files?

No, we don't bill by the space used by published files.

Which address is the account registration email sent from?

The email will be sent from
register@netclientcs.com
but you can change this in NetClient Preferences.

How long do files remain on the portal?

Files remain on the portal until they are unpublished in GoFileRoom.

Which browsers are supported?

Most browsers are supported, such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.

Why can't my client see files that I've published to their ClientFlow portal?
