Firm evaluations tab

This tab shows the consolidated results of all completed firm evaluations for the firm you selected on the firms list. Any Legal Tracker customers in your legal department can view firm performance data. The consolidated information includes all completed matter, customer, and firm-level evaluations.
  1. Select
    Firms
    then
    Our firms
    .
  2. In the list, select the firm whose evaluations you want to show.
  3. Select the Evaluations tab. The Evaluations tab shows the following information:
    Column
    Information
    Date
    Date the evaluation survey was completed. Select the hyperlink to open the evaluation details.
    Evaluated by
    The person who submitted the evaluation. Select the hyperlink to open the evaluator's profile.
    Reason for evaluation
    Reason for evaluation.
    Matters
    • Firm-level evaluations
      : Indicates the number of matters where the evaluator engaged with the firm. Select the hyperlink to open the matter.
    • Matter evaluations:
      Select the hyperlinked matter name to open the matter details.
    • Firm user evaluations:
      — indicates the evaluation originates from the profile and is not linked to a matter.
    Area of law
    The substantive area of law from the linked matters, shown as a comma-separated list in the case of multiple values.
    Outside counsel
    Shown if included in the evaluation.
    Country/State
    The country and state (if applicable) based on the location of the linked matters, shown as a comma-separated list in the case of multiple values.
    Average rating
    The rating is calculated based on the answers to the respective survey questions (1-5 scale).
    NPS
    Net Promoter Score, calculated from the answer selected for the “likeliness to recommend” question (1-10 scale).
  4. To show detailed information about a particular evaluation, select the hyperlink in the
    Date
    column.
