Access to Unified Logging

Storing of the logging messages occurs in the background, but you can't access Unified Logging to see the logs without API user access.
Setting the API user active will give the user tenant-level rights. Currently, there's no mechanism to restrict the user to only specific companies.
  1. Select
    Tools
    ,
    Administration
    , and then
    Users and Roles
    .
  2. Select the user.
  3. Select
    Standard Access
    , and the highest-level company for the user.
  4. In the
    API User
    section and set to active.
  5. You may set the start date for when the API user rights should begin. You may include an end date or leave it to keep it unending.
