Create a new folder

  1. Go to the binder where you want to add a folder in
    FileRoom
    .
  2. Go to the
    OPTIONS
    column, then select the
    Picklist
    icon for the binder.
  3. Select
    File
    from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the
    File
    window, select the folder where you want to add the new folder.
  5. Select
    New Folder
    .
  6. Enter a name in
    Folder Name
    and description in
    Folder Description
    in the
    Add New Folder
    window, then select
    Save
    .
  7. The new folder will appear in the folder list.
