Messaging your client about their invoice

When viewing an invoice, you can discuss the invoice with your clients by sending them a message from the message panel.
Follow these steps to discuss an invoice with your client:
  1. On the
    Overview
    screen, select a client tile to view the client profile. You can also search for a client then select the client tile from the search result.
    Select a client profile from Overview.
  2. Select the
    Invoices
    tab.
    Select Invoices from the navigation bar.
  3. Select the tax year.
    Select the tax year from the TAX YEAR drop-down menu
  4. Select an invoice to view the PDF file.
    Select an invoice tile.
  5. On the
    Messages
    panel, enter your message into the field, then select
    SEND
    . Your client's reply will appear on this panel.
    Type your message to your client.
    This invoice thread can be accessed under
    Messages
    through the navigation bar on top.
    Select Messages from the navigation bar.
