Troubleshoot: Invite and Reminder status

Invite status determines which clients you can invite to join TaxCaddy and connect with you.

Help with Invite status

My client's account is not linked to their spouse's account
.
For your client's spouse (or other additional user) to join your client's TaxCaddy account, the additional user must have selected the link in the Additional User Invitation email (sent by TaxCaddy on behalf of the taxpayer, via TaxCaddy Settings, then Additional User Accounts).
If the additional user has already signed up for TaxCaddy but is not connected to your client's account, the additional user must create a new TaxCaddy account by selecting the link in the
Additional User Invitation
email and following the signup process there. For security reasons, SurePrep support is not able to link additional user accounts to taxpayer accounts.
